All BarberBoss products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electrical component failures under normal use
  • Mechanical component failures under normal use
  • Replacement parts and labour costs

What’s not covered

  • Damage from misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Consumable parts, including combs, cables, blades and replacement heads, unless faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
