What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Electrical component failures under normal use
  • Mechanical component failures under normal use
  • Battery defects (first 6 months)
  • Replacement parts and labour costs

What’s not covered

  • Damage from misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function
  • Lost or stolen products
