Please note this is the office based job in Birmingham city centre.


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • A Customer Service Representative handles customer interaction for an organisation. The top duties include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests and maintaining customer service records.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Comfortable using computers, excel, Google work place such as drive, excel, emails, Zoom calls.

  • Past experience working with online customer support is a plus

  • Experiences with creative job like design, social media can be a big advantage.

Further Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree is a must. Master degree is a plus.

  • Knowing an extra language such as German, French, Italian or Chinese is a big advantage.

  • Being reliable with deadlines and can work under pressures.

  • Know how to use camera for professional photography is highly appreciated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £17,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
