Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
A Customer Service Representative handles customer interaction for an organisation. The top duties include resolving customer complaints, responding to phone call and email requests and maintaining customer service records.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Comfortable using computers, excel, Google work place such as drive, excel, emails, Zoom calls.
Past experience working with online customer support is a plus
Experiences with creative job like design, social media can be a big advantage.
Further Job Requirements:
A Bachelor degree is a must. Master degree is a plus.
Knowing an extra language such as German, French, Italian or Chinese is a big advantage.
Being reliable with deadlines and can work under pressures.
Know how to use camera for professional photography is highly appreciated

Salary: £17,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
