All BarberBoss trimmers purchased directly from BarberBoss website and our Amazon store (including Sold and Dispatched by Amazon)  come with a 12-month-warranty for your peace of mind. However, if you opt to register your trimmers here within 90 days of purchase, you will receive an additional free 6 month extended warranty from your purchase date.

Our products are well made and designed and always thoroughly checked before leaving the factory. They are really good quality trimmers and will last a long time if get looked after properly according to the product manual attached inside box. However, if there is a hiccup with your order, please not to worry at all. We offer 12 month guarantee on faulty item (machine only) from your purchase date.

How does our warranty work?

We offer free repair for your faulty clipper. If we are unable to do so, we will offer a replacement. We guarantee to put a smile back on your face. Please kindly do consider contacting us if you have any issue at all as we always respond very quickly and try our best to help you. Just like someone said: “If everything is too perfect, then there is not much to say anymore”.

The boring bits

  1. Warranty Exclusions For Product Damage. Any exclusion needs to be capable of being objectively measured. Exclusions must be limited to only those damages that have been caused by parties other than the supplier, such as buyer or buyer’s customer’s abuse or mishandling of the product.
