BarberBoss has the best customer service! I purchased the BarberBoss QR-6081 grooming set in May 2022. Excellent unit and was really pleased with it, certainly the best trimmer & shaver I’ve ever used. However it recently died, would not charge or turn on, it seems that if you use a USB charger that outputs a higher power it can damage the battery.
Checking on Amazon, the QR-6081 was no longer available. I called BarberBoss customer service to find out which new model I could purchase to use with the existing attachments.
This is where BarberBoss’ outstanding customer service came into play. Even though I purchased the unit 3 years ago, and it was way past the warranty period, the customer care agent immediately said that they would replace the unit free of charge. Luckily I had the original invoice from Amazon, so the new updated unit was dispatched the same day via first class mail and I received it 2 days later. They also followed up to make sure I had received the replacement and that I was completely happy with it. I couldn’t believe how incredible the service was. Of course I highly recommend BarberBoss.
