As a British hair clipper brand, we pride ourselves in providing not us good authentic products but also excellent customer service. What is BarberBoss warranty

We offer free repair for your faulty clipper. If we are unable to do so, we will offer a replacement. We guarantee to put a smile back on your face. Please kindly do consider contacting us first before leaving an unhappy review on Amazon page, as we always try our best to help you. Just like someone said: “If everything is too perfect, then there is not much to say anymore”.
Step 1: Authentic products
Check if you have bought from us
To avoid counterfeit products, we only sell our BarberBoss on our brand website and ONLY ONE store named OOZZ on Amazon (screenshot) and we strongly encourage you to buy directly from us. Your invoice should state OOZZ, BarberBoss or Elite Capital Ltd -which is our company 's name.
If you received a BarberBoss hair clipper as a present from somone else, please kindly ask them for a proof of purchase and forward to us via Care@barberboss.co.uk
If you bought your clipper from somewhere else (third party sellers), please contact them directly to resolve the issue.
Step 2: Enter your details to Warranty Form
